The following shipping policy (“Shipping Policy”) constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and Vamsi Marketing Private Limited (“We”, “Us”, Our”, “Vamsi Eco”) by using, accessing and/or utilizing services / products provided on our website – www.vamsieco.com and/or the applications (the “Platform”). By accessing the Platform, and/or by registering with us, the users of the Platform (“You”) signify that you have read and agreed to the Shipping Policy. Any capitalized terms not defined here shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Terms and Conditions available on the Platform.

PLEASE READ THE SHIPPING POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PLATFORM AND ORDERING THE PRODUCTS AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE SHIPPING OF THE PRODUCTS.

 

THE TERMS OF OUR SHIPPING POLICY ARE AS BELOW:

 

Delivery Locations: Vamsi Eco delivers the Products in all locations across India. In the event any particular area is non-serviceable or the Product is not delivered due to no fault of Vamsi Eco, the Products may not be delivered to such locations / You. In such an event, Vamsi Eco shall refund the amount of the undelivered order after deducting the costs incurred by Vamsi Eco due to any return of such Products due to no fault of Vamsi Eco.

 

Shipping time: The shipping will take approximately 4 to 5 working days from the placing of the orders on the Platform and the delivery will take approximately 7-10 working days henceforth.

 

Shipping details: You are requested to provide and fill the shipping details carefully while placing the orders. The Information on your Credit Card/Debit Card statement must be a perfect match when comparing with your Name and Address on your Contact Information and Billing Address and must be verifiable by your bank or credit card provider in authorizing payment.

 

Billing Address and Shipping Address could be different. Make sure your Billing address is according to your Bank/Credit Card information and your Shipping address is the location where you want your shipment to reach.

 

Multiple orders: In case you book multiple items in one order, Vamsi Eco would endeavour to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics' issues. If you purchase multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be dispatched to a single shipping address given by you. If you wish to ship Products to different addresses, then you should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.

 

Delay due to Force Majeure: In the event of any event outside the control of a natural person including but not limited to Act of God, riots, strikes, lockdowns, floods, earthquakes, pandemic, epidemic, government restrictions, applicable laws, change in guidelines / laws or related events (“Force Majeure Event”), as your exclusive and sole remedy, that Products will be made available to You within a reasonable time period. Any claims, losses or damages incurred by you due to such delay will not be a responsibility of Vamsi Eco under any circumstances. No return or refund will be provided under these circumstances.

 

Delay due to uncontrollable factors: In the event the Products are delayed or unable to be delivered due to any reasons attributable to you including but not limited to unavailability at the time of delivery, wrong shipping address provided etc, Vamsi Eco will not be responsible for the non-delivery / delay in delivery of the Products. In such an event, Vamsi Eco shall refund the amount of the undelivered order after deducting the costs incurred by Vamsi Eco due to any return of such Products due to uncontrollable factors.
