The following return, cancellation and refund policy (“Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy”) constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and Vamsi Marketing Private Limited (“We”, “Us”, "Our”, “Vamsi Eco”) by using, accessing and/or utilizing services / products provided on our website – www.vamsieco.com and/or the applications (the “Platform”). By accessing the Platform, and/or by registering with us, the users of the Platform (“You”) signify that you have read and agreed to the Shipping Policy. Any capitalized terms not defined here shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Terms and Conditions available on the Platform.

 

PLEASE READ THE RETURN, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PLATFORM AND ORDERING THE PRODUCTS AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PRODUCTS. THE TERMS OF OUR RETURN, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY ARE AS BELOW:

1. Return Policy

a. You may notify us of any defects in the Products or incorrectly shipped at the time of delivery or within 48 hours of receipt of the Products by writing to us on vamsieco@sterlinggoc.com and along with the photos of incorrect / defective Products. Please note in the event of delay in informing us, We will be under no obligation to refund the cost / replace the Product.

 

b. Once Vamsi Eco accepts the claim made by You, You must return the Products to us through the courier partner as advised by us. Please note that if a return time is scheduled and You fail to return the Product at the scheduled time, a deduction of the appropriate amount will be made by Vamsi Eco from the refund amount.

 

c. The Product must be returned along with the original packing, invoice and must be in an unused condition. Any Product not accompanied by such packing / invoice or found used shall not be considered as a valid return and no refund will be processed in such an event.

 

d. Once we have the Product and verified the Product as well as the accompanying documents, we will ship the replacement or refund the money, as may have been opted by You.

 

e. Vamsi Eco reserves the right to deduct any additional costs incurred due to such return from the amount to be refunded

2. Cancellation Policy

​

a. Vamsi Eco only allows for cancellation before the Product has been shipped. Any cancellation requests after the Product being shipped will not be entertained.

 

b. For any cancellations you can email us at vamsieco@sterlinggoc.com or cancel by following the steps on the Platform.

 

c. Vamsi Eco reserves the right to deduct any additional costs incurred due to such cancellation from the amount to be refunded.

3. Refund Policy

 

a. A refund will only be provided by Vamsi Eco on the happening of the below events (subject to deductions of any additional costs incurred by Vamsi Eco due to no fault of Vamsi Eco):

i. If a claim regarding wrong Products being delivered or defects in Product by You is satisfactorily accepted by Vamsi Eco as per the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

ii. If the shipping address is unserviceable due to any reasons.

iii. If the Products could not be delivered due to any action / inaction of the customer, including but not limited to non-presence of anyone to take delivery, not answering the courier representative for any queries related to location etc.

iv. If Products could not be delivered due to any uncontrollable event including but not limited to any Force Majeure Event. 

v. If the order is cancelled as per the terms of this policy.
